Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Leaf & Lab products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please see our returns policy below.

Online Orders

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your products.

  • To request a return, please contact us at leafme@leafandlab.com within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns ofskincare products that have been opened or unsealed, unless the item is faulty.
  • You are responsible for the return postage cost, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

In-Store Purchases

If you buy directly from our store:

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind.
  • You are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if the product is:
    • Faulty
    • Not as described
    • Not fit for purpose
  • Faulty or Incorrect Items
  • If your product is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us at leafme@leafandlab.com within 7 days of delivery or purchase. We will arrange a refund, replacement, or exchange at no additional cost to you.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at leafme@leafandlab.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm the return details and provide you with the return address.
  3. Please pack your items securely and keep proof of postage.

Exclusions

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Products that have been opened, used, or unsealed (unless faulty).
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
